About Canterbury Brewers & Distillers @ The Foundry

Hi! I’m Jon, the Co-Founder and Head Brewer & Distiller at the Foundry Brew Pub. We brew on site 16+ beers and ciders. We also distil 6 gins, a vodka, a moonshine, and all of these are made on site from English barley using a grain to glass method. In addition, we make a spiced rum and a white rum that are distilled from molasses & fermented on site. To top it off, we have also made a whisky which will be available in 2022! We are a rare little find indeed :)
